CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?
Sadly no! Once your order is placed and imported to our system we have no ability to edit or make any changes for you.
We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more that welcome to return your order to us for free if you do not wish to keep it.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Serbia will take 1 - 3 days to arrive. Europe deliveries can take anywhere from 5 - 14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return unworn purchases via post only, within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note, we are unable to accept back unsuitable items after this time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a free returns service to customers. This is stated on our Shipping & Returns page.
